Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy newborn within 30 min after birth, with a gestational age =37 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) known congenital heart defects; (2) low Apgar scores (<8 at 5 min); (3) infant of a diabetic mother; (4) low EV signal quality index(SQI)(SQI <80%).
