18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI ? 27.5kg/m2; 2. Aged 18-40 years old; 3. ASA I~II level; 4. Can be combined with mild to moderate respiratory diseases; 5. Can be combined with mild to moderate circulatory diseases; 6. Can combine diseases that cause obesity, such as diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome; 7. Proficiency in PCA pumps; 8. Can fully understand and cooperate with the postoperative score methods; 9. Elective laparoscopic gastric sleeve resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe circulation and respiratory diseases; 2. Allergic to local anesthetics; 3. Can't understand the experimental content.
