Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We collect sterile area specimen (peripheral blood, cerebrospinal fluid, pleural effusion, peritoneal effusion, joint effusion, etc.), of which the bacteria culture result is streptococcus pneumoniae, from patients who are 0-18 years old, diagnosed with IPD and have a complete medical record. It is a multiple center, conducted in 18 hospitals across China, during the time period of January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not meet the IPD diagnostic criteria or have incomplete medical records.
