Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 and 65 years with ASA classification of I or II undergoing radical resection of esophageal carcinoma under combined thoracoscope and laparoscope

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA classification III or more, body mass index>30, respiratory diseases (pneumonia, asthma and severe obstructive sleep apnea), sinus bradycardia(<50bpm), atrioventricular block,coagulation dysfunction,allergy to ropivacaine,inability to understand pain verbal rating scale and patient-controlled analgesia.
