Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women between the ages of 20 and 45 years who have previous menstrual regularities and met the diagnostic criteria for ovarian EMs and tubal obstruction infertility, and signed informed consent. Intraoperative retrieve the ectopic and ectopic endometrial tissue from patients with ovarian EMs and endometrial tissue from patients with tubal obstructive infertility for in vitro experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who used hormonal drugs 3 months before admission; 2. Endocrine disease and other systemic diseases such as hepatitis, tumors, and tuberculosis; 3. Those who combined with uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometrial disease, cervical disease; 4. Those who combined with immune disease, and patients with tubal obstruction infertility should rule out immune infertility.
