40 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet KOA diagnostic criteria; (2) patients aged 40-80 years old; (3) knee joint ultrasound showed synovial membrane thickness > 2mm and joint effusion height > 0.2cm; (4) voluntarily cooperate with the reseacher and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) receive hormone and painkiller treatment within one month; (2) those who are not suitable for local skin treatment, such as skin ulceration, infection and allergy; (3) patients with diseases such as autoimmune diseases, diseases of the blood system, metabolic bone diseases, traumatic joint injuries, tumors or tuberculosis; (4) some characteristic groups, such as pregnant women, patients with mental diseases and alzheimer's disease.
