Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients over 18 years old who transferred from ICU to general ward; 2. Family members agree and have the ability to participate in clinical trials; 3. Life expectancy is not less than one month; 4. Have the possible to recover and discharged from hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling to participate; 2. Patients with short life expectancy or requiring long-term hospitalization; 3. The experimenters thought that they could not participate.
