Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The umbilical cord bloods of newborns born in army medical center of PLA from Jan 2019 to Dec2019 are collected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Respiratory system malformation (small jaw malformation syndrome, posterior nostril atresia, etc.), complex congenital heart disease; (2) Automatic discharge from hospital during treatment after enrollment; (3) Family members refused to participate in the clinical trial.
