18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification: grade I or II; 2. aged 18-70 years; 3. pancreatic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy patients; 2. Patients with a history of chronic pain and preoperative use of pain agents; 3. Preoperative hormone or steroid treatment; 4. Neuromuscular disease; 5. Past cognitive dysfunction; 6. There are contraindications for paravertebral block (severe history of coagulopathy, infection or local anesthetic allergy); 7. BMI=30kg/m2; 8. Organic heart disease or arrhythmia; 9. Non-radical surgery for pancreatic cancer; 10. Emergency surgery; 11. Patients with pancreatic surgery again; 12. Patients with distant metastases.
