Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients scheduled for radical thyroidectomy under general anesthesia; 2) ASA I~II; 3) aged 18 and 75 years old; 4) BMI<32kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) history of chronic pain or chronic use of analgesics; 2) patients who had received NSAIDs, opioids, or other analgesics in the 24 h before surgery; 3) patients with a history of allergic reaction to NSAIDs; 4) patients with any contraindications for flurbiprofen axetil, such as coagulation disorders, gastrointestinal ulcer, severe hypertension, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, or renal dysfunction; 5) patients who were pregnant or lactating; 6) patients unable to comprehend the concept of the numeric rating scale (NRS; 0, no pain; 10, worst pain imaginable); 7) patients who underwent lateral neck dissection during surgery; 8) patients who refused to participate in the study.
