18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the criteria for spesis 3.0; 2. Aged at least 18 years old; 3. Mechanical ventilation time = 3 days; 4. Nutritional support = 5 days; 5. Agree to the informed notification content of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The breathing state is unstable, the ventilator parameters need to be adjusted greatly (PEEP>=12cmH2O, FiO2 adjustment range>5%); (2) The CO2 buffer reserve pool in the body changes greatly (such as infusion of bicarbonate, carry out CRRT, hemodialysis, hemofiltration, etc.; (3) need to maintain FiO2> 60%; (4) anxiety or agitation.
