Shallow acupoint embedding group:PGA line implanted into the subcutaneous tissue of the acupoint
Middle acupoint embedding group:PGA line implanted into the sartorius muscle, medial femoral muscle and gastrocnemius muscle
Deep acupoint embedding group:PGA line implanted into the acupoints of the long adductor, adductor and soleus muscles

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for spastic cerebral palsy; 2. Male and female aged 1-5 years; 3. Voluntary to attend this test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other primary diseases; 2. With history of surgical orthopedic surgery and injection of botulinum toxin type A; 3. With serious cardiopulmonary disease, serious epilepsy, skin damage, acute inflammatory reaction and infectious skin diseases; 4. Allergic constitution and allergies to a variety of drugs; 5. Combined with seizures; 6. Coagulation disorders.
