Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients aged 20 years to 39 years; 2) patients with singleton pregnancy and live fetus; 3) Fetal crown-rump length should be 45-85 mm at 11+0 weeks to 13+6 weeks of gestation with no obvious anatomical abnormalities and fetal neck transparent layer thickness was less than 2.5 mm; Down syndrome serum screening showed low risk.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were unconscious or in seriously ill status; 2. Patients with learning difficulties or serious mental illness; 3. Participants were excluded if they had chronic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, chronic nephritis, severe liver and kidney disease, hemorrhagic disease, hyperthyroidism, hepatitis and tuberculosis, before pregnancy; 4. smoking history; obstetic history (including previous pregnancy with PE) and family histoy of PE(mother). 5. women with a multiple pregnancy, women who gave birth to a child with fetal chromosome abnormalities or major structural deformities and women with abortion or fetus death within 24 weeks; 6. fetal neck transparent layer thickness was more than 2.5 mm and Down syndrome serum screening showed high risk; 7. patients received regular treatment with aspirin within 28 days before screening or patients with long-term use of nonsteroidal antiflammatory medication.
