Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with maxillary LefortI osteotomy+biateral sagittal split osteotomy+chin shaping are selected; 2. aged 18 to 65 yeas old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gestation woman; 2. Patients who refused to participate in the study; 3. Severe systemic disease.
