Group 1:Bilateral superficial cervical plexus block (10 ml 0.5% ropivacaine on each side)
Group 2:Bilateral superficial cervical plexus block (10 ml 0.9% N.S on each side)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65 years with American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)Physical Status class I, II scheduled for thyroial cancer surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic ethanol, long-term use of psychotropic drugs (e.g.sedative drugs and antidepressant); 2. Contraindications for Erector spinae block including coagulopathy,infection at the puncture site; 3. Other reasons that cant cooperate (e.g. inability to communicate,mental sickness); 4. Administration of other test drugs or joining in other clinical study in 3 months before our study; 5. Other conditions not allocated for this study out of the researchers consideration; 6. History of allergic to local anesthetics.
