60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Been evaluated as in prefrail period by using the Chinese version of the SHARE-FI; aged 60 to 80 years; living in the community; volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Can not walk independently; severe cognitive impairment (cannot understand and follow the verbal instructions); hospitalized in the past 3 months, having surgery(non-outpatient) in the past 6 months; malignant tumor;Suffering from serious diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; In the acute phase of lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis and other diseases; bone or joint surgery less than 1 year.
