Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 120 Patients undergoing Lower limb surgery with epidural anesthesia, ASA I-II. Aged 20-65 years,The operation is expected to take more than one hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient has severe liver and kidney disease;Recent use of central sedative,analgesic drugs;History of allergy to local anesthetics;Abnormal anatomical structure or infection of lumbar spine;Coagulopathy;significant arrhythmias or bradycardia;emergency operation.
