Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patient aged 18 to 65 years old; (2) Patients with Traumatic elbow joint dysfunction; (3) Patients went through reconstruction of the medial collateral ligament with the forearm flexor and triceps aponeurosis combined with the inversion of the elbow joint; (4) Patients can cooperate with long-term clinical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Elbow joint dysfunction caused by rheumatic immune diseases, elbow joint dysfunction caused by degenerative arthritis, infectious elbow joint dysfunction, congenital elbow joint dysfunction; (2) The patient has a mental illness; (3) The patient has other conditions that cannot be combined with treatment; (4) Combined with severe diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe osteoporosis, organic heart disease and arrhythmia, positive pregnancy test or lactating women.
