Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with Obesity (accroding to the Asian obesity 2010 criteria); 2. waistline of male =90cm, waistline of female =80cm; 3. Aged 18 to 65-year-old; 4. without the taboo of catgut embedding therapy; 5. sign informed consent for clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary obesity caused by certain endocrine, genetic and neurological diseases or or drug-induced; 2. merge other metabolic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia and so on; 3. other methods are being used to control body mass (BW) and abdominal circumference, such as surgery, drugs, etc; 4. participated in other tests within 3 months; 5. women in pregnancy, nursing, perimenopause; 6. with some severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, or tumor; 7. severe audio-visual handicap; 8. diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder.
