18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 85 years old; (2) Meet the 3.0 standard of sepsis, it is diagnosed as sepsis (infection + qSOFA score = 2 points); (3) First admission to ICU; (4) MRC-SS 7 days; (6) Survival in the ICU is expected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A confirmed pregnancy or urine pregnancy test is positive; (2) Patients who have been amputated; (3) A newly diagnosed primary neuromuscular disease when admitted to the hospital; (4) Patients with metastatic tumors.
