Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-75 years old male and female; 2. advanced tumor patients; pathological diagnosis of lung malignant tumor, breast malignant tumor, soft tissue sarcoma osteosarcoma, colorectal malignant tumor, etc.; second-line treatment failure or intolerable second line Treatment; 3. patients with general status scores of tumor patients (PS = 2); expected survival time is greater than 3 months; 4. voluntary participation, participation, good compliance, can be combined with experimental observation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subject information is incomplete; 2) The sample information is incomplete; 3) a sample of pregnant women; 4) samples of subjects with other tumor history; 5) shock, patients with vital organ failure, unstable vital signs; 6) Those with severe coagulopathy (such as hemophilia); 7) A combination of mental or mental illness cannot be combined with treatment and efficacy evaluation; 8) Drug or alcohol abusers; 9) The doctor believes that there are other reasons that cannot be included in the treatment.
