Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary test and signing informed consent; 2. According to the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification criteria, patients with ASA grade II-III were selected; 3. No pleural effusion, pneumothorax and thoracic aortic aneurysm; 4. There is no space-occupying lesion in the trachea and right main bronchus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to sign an informed consent form to participate in the trial; 2. Patients with sore throat before surgery; 3. Patients with severe cervical disease or cervical spine surgery; 4. Patients who have undergone tracheotomy, Mallampati grade 3 and above, known or suspected intubation difficulties, abnormal airway anatomy and thoracic deformity; 5. Chest surgery with double-lumen endotracheal intubation; 6. The anatomy of the tracheobronchial on CT is unclear; 7. Patients who did not have chest CT in our hospital before surgery; 8. Preoperative measurement of the right upper lobe bronchus opening flattened or above the carina.
