Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged above 18 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosis (history, serum creatinine, renal ultrasonography, laboratory tests, etc.) was chronic kidney disease; 3. It is generally in good condition, has a good understanding of its own condition and physical condition, has insight, and can communicate well with people; 4. Voluntarily join the study to understand the significance of the trial and the indicators that need to be measured and to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe infections: There are clinical manifestations such as fever, cough, sputum, sore throat, abdominal pain, diarrhea, sputum and other skin and soft tissue infections, and the blood white blood cell count exceeds the normal range (10 × 10^9/L); 2. Severe cardiovascular disease: including grade 3 or more of chronic cardiac insufficiency and various arrhythmias; 3. Severe anemia: Hemoglobin less than 60g/L; 4. Obvious hypoproteinemia: albumin below 30g/L; 5. Oncological evidence: A tumor or clinical manifestations and tumor markers have been identified as suggestive of a tumor; 6. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or who do not want to participate; 7. Patients have neuromuscular disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, and functional gastrointestinal disorders.
