Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) manifested as radicular symptoms: buttock or leg pain, numb, or weakness, with or without low back pain, with or without dysfunction of urination and defecation; (2) radiological diagnosis of central stenosis, and the radiological diagnosis should be identical to clinical findings; (3) disssatisfaction for censervative treatment for more than 3 months; (4) accept the operation and agree to accomplish all follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with lumbar segemental instability or spondylolisthesis (more than I degree); (2) previous history of spinal surgery for the target level; (3) combined with tumor, infection, fracture, etc; (4) intolerance of operation.
