Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) manifested as unilateral single-level radicular symptoms: buttock or leg pain, numb,or weakness, with or without low back pain; (2) radiological diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis combined with contained lumbar disc herniation, and the radiological diagnosis should be identical to clinical findings; (3) dissatisfication for conservative treatment for more than 3 months; (4) accept the operation and agree to accomplish all follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with noncontained herniation; (2) combined with lumbar segemental instability or spondylolisthesis (more than I degree); (3) previous history of spinal surgery for the target level; (4) combined with tumor, infection, fracture, etc; (5) intolerance of operation.
