Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. ASA II--III; 3. elective surgery under general anesthesia for thoracoscopic lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular system ,respiratory system, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental illness; long-term treatment with analgesic drugs; allergic to local anesthetics; puncture site infection;abnormal coagulation function; peripheral nervous system diseases; History of trauma or surgery, hyperalgesia;
