Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: lung cancer patients with III B or IV stage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Approximately 2 months after surgery or trauma; 2. Other malignant tumors in recent 5 years; 3. Other major organ dysfunction, such as chronic kidney disease (CKD) > III period, cirrhosis of the liver, blood system disease, congestive heart failure; 4. Antiplatelet drugs are currently used; 5. Acute inflammation; 6. Autoimmune diseases.
