Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal group: (1) Penis erectile function is normal, can successfully complete sexual intercourse; (2) The international scale for erectile function (IIEF5) is more than 22 points; (3) Erectile hardness grading (EHS) level 4; (4) After physical examination serum testosterone (TSTO), prolactin (PRL), blood sugar, blood lipid, thyroid function, liver and kidney function examination and blood routine, urine routine are normal value range, physical examination of the second sexual sign development is normal, the genitals did not see obvious abnormalities. ED group: (1) Chief complaint for erectile hardness decreased, maintain erectile difficulty and first sexual intercourse failure 3 months and more; (2) International scale of erectile function (IIEF5) < 22 points; (3) Erectile hardness grading (EHS) level 3 and below; (4) Liver and kidney function examination and blood routine, urine routine are normal value range, physical examination of the second sexual signs of normal development, genitals did not see obvious abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have cerebral stroke or myocardial infarction within 6 months; (2) Have serious liver and kidney disease; (3) There are genital abnormalities and local lesions; (4) Poor blood pressure control; (5) Have radical prostatic cancer surgery or other surgery, trauma caused by penile erection; (6) Have recently taken nitric acid ester drugs or similar drugs; (7) Have mental kind disease and serious psychological abnormality and cannot control; (8) Has the history of drug abuse, alcoholism, alcoholism history and blood disease; (9) Claustrophobia.
