Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years old male and female; 2. Diagnosis of moyamoya disease was confirmed by preoperative cerebral angiography (DSA), and without other systemic diseases; 3. The participants underwent surgery in our hospital; 4. The participants have completed the head magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) before, during and after the operation; 5. All participants gave their informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were diagnosed with moyamoya syndrome; patients who had undergone bypass surgery before recruitment; new strokes in the past 3 months; relevant imaging studies have not been completed; patients who withdrawn informed consents.
