Age
1 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Contracture scar that caused limited range of motion(ROM) in one joint. The impaired joint still maintained at least 1/2 of its normal ROM. 2) The scar has formed for 0.5-10 years. 3) No pruritus or erythema presented in the scar. 4) Signed consent form, willing to joint the study and cooperate with long term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The limitation of the ROM is not caused by scar on the skin but other factors such as adhesion of tendon; 2) Ulcer or infection presented in the scar; 3) Women in pregnancy or lactation period; 4) History of Keloid.
