Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) clinically diagnosed as sympathetic cervical spondylosis (diagnosed according to symptoms, signs and imaging); (2) patients with mixed cervical spondylosis accompanied by sympathetic nerve symptoms (dizziness, headache, blurred vision, facial flushing, sweating, palpitation and gastrointestinal dysfunction, etc.); (3) aged 16-70 years; (4) agree to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with cervical spondylosis with simple nerve root type, myeloid type and vertebral artery type without sympathetic symptoms; (2) sympathetic nerve damage caused by other diseases, such as cardiogenic, otogenic, neurosis, etc.; (3) previous history of fundus disease or eye movement disease, brain trauma or neurological diseases; (4) cognitive impairment (simple MMSE less than or equal to 24/30 points). (5) severe depression (HAMD is more than 24 points); (6) complicated with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, with poor systemic condition.
