60 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 60-110years old who have signed a written informed consent form recieving orthopedic surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists risk classification more than III; Patients with a history of symptomatic cerebrovascular disease (eg. stroke with a residual deficit)or psychiatric illness; alcoholism (more than 2 drinks/day);
