Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the standard of "China guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018", it has been confirmed by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2. First onset, aged 18-80 years old; 3. Collect specimens within 72 hours after onset; 4. Informed consent was given by patients and their families, and informed consent was signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All subjects were excluded from acute myocardial infarction and other vascular embolic diseases, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, severe lung, liver or blood system diseases, severe neurological infections and neurodegenerative diseases, and acute or chronic inflammatory diseases
