Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who have completed colonoscopy in the center and diagnosed with colorectal adenoma and have been removed, and those who have not re-examined colonoscopy for more than 3 years, shall be contacted by phone to rearrange the whole colonoscopy examination. 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. Patients who have been diagnosed with colorectal adenoma and removed by colonoscopy in our hospital; 3. Intestinal tract is well prepared and clean; 4. All colonoscopy reached the ileocecal region.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicated colonoscopy; 2. Adenoma removal is not suitable for patients with other diseases or who are taking certain drugs (including warfarin, aspirin, spiderpiogam, etc.); 3. Previous definite history of colorectal cancer without radical surgery; 4. Patients with previous inflammatory bowel disease, cirrhosis of the liver, and diseases of the blood system (hemophilia, platelet); 5. Unable to cooperate or agree to accept the investigator.
