Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blind men (adult group): (1) blind men aged 18-62 years; (2) the visually impaired are assessed as first-grade visually impaired by relevant professional departments; (3) visually impaired persons who have been assessed as second-grade visually impaired by relevant professional departments; (4) voluntary investigation after informed consent. Blind men (student group) : (1) blind men aged between 7 and 17 years old in the school for the blind (grade 1 primary school to senior high school); (2) the visually impaired are assessed as first-grade visually impaired by relevant professional departments; (3) visually impaired persons who have been assessed as second-grade visually impaired by relevant professional departments; (4) voluntary investigation after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have other serious organic diseases in the past; (2) except for those with obvious genital deformity during physical examination.
