Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients undergoing general anesthesia between October 1, 2018 and October 1, 2019 in a China-Japan friendship hospital were enrolled. American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) I- II, aged 18-70, had a body mass index <30kg/m2. There were no severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction and neuromuscular diseases before operation. No drugs had been used to affect neuromuscular conduction in 2 weeks before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Data is lost. 2. Give muscle relaxant many times. 3. The patientundefineds arm was unable to reach out during the operation, and the TOF could not be monitored.
