Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Full-term, single birth, healthy and disease-free infants; (2) breastfeeding.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The birth weight of infants is less than 2500g or more than 4000g; (2) mothers, who have mental problems, are unable to answer questions or have a poor postpartum mood so they can not cooperate well; (3) currently participating in any research on nutrition or drug intervention and the recent use of hormones and antibiotics; (4) with diabetes, hypertension and other chronic diseases, serious nutritional diseases such as anemia, malignant consumptive diseases, mastitis and other related diseases; (5) mother have bad habits such as smoking, drinking and others.
