Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor undergoing radical resection and distant flap metastasis repair were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients participating in other clinical trials; 2) patients with endocrine system, immune system and circulatory system diseases,or patients who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy, used hormones and immunosuppressive agents, or patients who need blood transfusion during and after surgery.
