Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction or hemorrhage; and confirmed by CT; 2. first-ever stroke; 3. aged between 40 and 80 years old; 4. in a phase 2 weeks to 2 months after stroke; 5. the patients have an good physical strength and endurance of 45 minutes of training; 6. MPT<10s; 7. TIS score is 6~17 points; 8. the sitting balance = 2 levels; 9. According to the Evaluation Criteria for Swallowing Dysfunction, the evaluation of masticatory muscles and buccal muscles are = level III, and the patient can complete the aspiration and occlusion movements required for the respiratory muscle function test; 10. have at least normal unilateral upper-limb movement function or = Brunnstrom stage 4; 11. MMSE = 24 points, patients able to understand and follow simple verbal instructions; 12. The patient's vital signs are stable; 13. have willingness and ability to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, combined with acute diseases such as heart, brain and kidney; 2) History of orthopedic or spinal lesions such as congenital chest deformity and rib fracture, history of chest or abdominal surgery; 3) other neurological diseases that may affect the respiratory muscles; 4) unconsciousness and severe cognitive impairment and mental disorders; 5) Patients with severe dysarthria, severe dysphagia, and severe aphasia; 6) incapable of completing 45 minutes of training; 7) Subjects who have recently participated in other similar research projects.
