18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia; (2) Han nationality, age 18-60 years old, ASA grade I to III, operation time <2H, body mass index 18-25kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of smoking and alcohol abuse; (2) Have a history of severe circulatory system, liver, kidney, and diabetes; (3) History of chronic pain and long-term use of analgesics; (4) taking a metabolic enzyme inhibitor or inducer within the last month; (5) Those who are allergic to sufentanil or other opioids; (6) bronchial asthma or myasthenia gravis patients; (7) Patients who are pregnant or breast-feeding.
