Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: spontaneous pneumothorax without a history of trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who transferred to thoracotomy or added incision during operation; 2. chronic pain disease history; 3. opioid agents were applied within 24 h before operation; 4. drug or alcohol abuse history; 5. local anesthetic allergic history; 6. operative contraindications and underlying diseases before operation.
