Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing selective external dissection and internal ligation were older than 18 years old and younger than 75 years old, ASAI-II grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic pain, vertebral and pelvic deformities, allergic history, hemorrhagic diseases, severe liver, kidney or heart diseases, mental illness, obesity, apnea distress syndrome, pregnancy and lactation, and low educational level could not cooperate with those who were unable to perform PCI analgesia and VAS score. Complication with other anal diseases such as anal fistula, anal fissure and perianal abscess
