18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 10 to 30 years; 2. Born and living at low altitude (<800 m); 3. Healthy participants, with no complain of snoring, sleep apnea, insomnia, daytime sleepiness and other symptoms related to sleep disorders; 4. Understand the study, sign the written consent and be willing to participate this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exposed to high altitude (altitude over 1500 m) in the previous half year for more than 1 week; 2. Taking cigarettes more than 1 pack/day, drinking alcohol; 3. Overnight polysomnography of AHI=15 events/hour; 4. Severe physical or brain disorder, such as severe heart, lung, liver and kidney disease, or cancer; 5. Other sleep disorders, such as insomnia, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, rapid eye movement behavior disorder and so on; 6. Other internal, neurologic or psychiatric disease that may not available to participate this study.
