Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with esophageal cancer or precancerous lesions were diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology; 2. Their age ranges from 18 to 80 years; 3. The number of missing teeth or dentures is less than or equal to 6;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patientes have taken acid inhibitors or antibiotics in the past month; 2. Patients with hypertension, diabetes and oral diseases.
