18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diffuse bilateral lung diseases aged 18-75 years with unknown causes; 2. High resolution CT(HRCT) examination could not identify the cause of the disease;3. Interstitial pneumonia of unknown cause; 4. Patients and their families can understand and agree with the purpose of this study; 5. The patient signed the informed consent for examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to tolerate tracheal endoscopy under general anesthesia; 2. Long-term use of anticoagulants (warfarin or aspirin cannot be stopped) 3. Abnormal platelet function or platelet count (< 100*109); 4. Previous history of massive hemorrhage under bronchoscopy; 6. Severe cardiac insufficiency; 7. Severe lung diffusion dysfunction; 8. Pregnant or lactating.
