Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who has been preoperatively diagnosed with OPGs by 1 neuroradiologist and 2 neurosurgeons with high professional titles; 2. Patient under the age of 18 years; 3. Patient in good general physical conditions, who is able to accept surgery and subsequent treatment, and without obvious contraindications of surgery; 4. Patient who has signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with other brain diseases, such as other intracranial mass lesion?and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patient suffering from other eye diseases and endocrine system diseases; 3. Patient suffering from other diseases that seriously affect survival and quality of life, such as serious cardiopulmonary diseases; 4. Patient with serious systemic disease and serious mental disease; 5. Patient who participate in other medical research at the same time; 6. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 7. Patient whose family members do not agree or cannot cooperate with the follow-up; 8. Patient who is not suitable for the study after being estimated by the researchers
