50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade II~III), unilateral or bilateral leg involved; 2. aged from 45 to 80 years; 3. Independently walking with or without an assistance device.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any joint contracture or internal metal implant such as total joint arthroplasty; 2. any cardiovascular or pulmonary disease that would prevent them from engaging in an exercise study; 3. neurological impairment; 4. kidney disease or impaired kidney function.
