Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age-related cataract who had undergone cataract surgery with phacoemulsification and IOL implantation within the past 3 months; 2. OSDI >= 13 and BUT < 10s; 3. Those who had decreased BUT postoperatively; 4. Volunteer participant with fine compliance and having signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have acute allergic conjunctivitis, ocular infection or inflammation, eyelid abnormalities, ocular trauma, glaucoma, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, autoimmune diseases or other causes known to affect tear secretion; 2. Those who report a history of ophthalmic surgery other than cataract surgery, use of contact lens or punctal plugs; 3. With severe surgery-related adverse events such as posterior capsule rupture, severe inflammation, corneal endothelial decompensation, obvious displacement and eccentricity of IOL.
