Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral SFU Grade 4 hydronephrosis with ureteropelvic junction obstruction in 2-7 days postnatal US

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ultrasonography examination for SFU Grade 1-3 hydronephrosis and other gross structural anomalies of the urinary tract, for example, ureterocele, duplication and solitary kidney. Radiographic voiding cystourethrography was done to exclude vesicoureteral reflux and posterior urethral valves. Moreover, patients with chromosomal or other structural abnormalities.
