18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. hepatocellular carcinoma; 2. liver function Child-Pugh grade A; 3. tumor thrombus located in one side of the liver lobe, the extent of involvement according to Cheng's tumor thrombus classification criteria for type I-IIa; 4. preoperative imaging assessment of primary cancer lesions and Portal vein tumor thrombus has resectability; 5. no distant metastasis, liver dysfunction, other organ dysfunction and other surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Subjects were reluctant to continue to withdraw from the clinical study; ? Subjects were poorly compliant and did not follow the study procedure; ? were lost to follow-up.
